Free Templates
All free templates on Bondify are available at no cost. Since no payment is involved, refunds do not apply to free templates.
Paid (Premium) Templates
Premium templates on Bondify are digital products delivered instantly after purchase. These include downloadable and previewable PDF-based marriage biodata templates.
Because of the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once a template has been accessed or downloaded.
When a Refund May Be Considered
While we do not offer automatic refunds, we understand that genuine issues can occur. A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same template
- Payment completed but template not accessible due to a technical issue
- Incorrect charge caused by a system error
In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable time after purchase so we can review the issue fairly.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
- Change of mind after accessing or downloading a template
- Preference for a different design or style
- Accidental purchase without reviewing template details
- Misuse or misunderstanding of customization options
We encourage users to carefully review template previews and descriptions before completing a purchase.
